According to recent studies, around 66% of American workers lack work-life balance and 77% have experienced burnout at their job. Work-life balance is an important aspect of a healthy work environment, especially in the veterinary profession. Maintaining work-life balance helps reduce stress and helps prevent burnout in the workplace.
